🍨 1. Greek Yogurt Parfait

Layer Greek yogurt with fresh or frozen berries, a drizzle of honey, and a sprinkle of granola or crushed nuts. It’s creamy, tangy, and naturally sweet.

🍪 2. Banana Oat Cookies

Mash 2 ripe bananas with 1 cup of rolled oats. Add optional ingredients like dark chocolate chips, raisins, or peanut butter. Bake at 350°F for 12–15 minutes. Easy and guilt-free!
