Refund Policy 

At QuickBite, customer satisfaction is very important to us. While we strive to ensure that every order arrives on time, fresh, and exactly as expected, we understand that issues can sometimes occur. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for purchases made through our platform.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be offered under the following conditions:

  •     The order was not delivered due to a confirmed issue on our end or the restaurant’s/delivery partner’s end

  •     The meal received was incorrect (wrong items or missing items)

  •     The order was significantly delayed beyond the promised delivery window without prior notice

  •     The food was delivered in unsatisfactory or unsafe condition (e.g., spilled, spoiled, or contaminated)

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  •     The delivery was late due to inaccurate or incomplete address information provided by the customer

  •     You were unavailable to receive the order and no instructions were left

  •     You changed your mind after the food has been prepared or dispatched

  •     Dissatisfaction based on personal taste preferences

  •     Issues reported more than 24 hours after the order was delivered

 

 

3.Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@quickbite.com within 24 hours of the delivery. Include your:

  •     Order number

  •     Full name and email

  •     Description of the issue

  •     Photographic evidence (if applicable)

  • Once we receive your request, we will investigate the matter with our restaurant and delivery partners. If your refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

4. Partial Refunds or Credit

In some cases, we may offer:

  •     A partial refund (e.g., if only part of your order was incorrect or missing)

  •     A QuickBite credit or voucher for future use on our platform

 

5. Cancelled Orders

Orders can only be cancelled before they are accepted and processed by the restaurant. Once an order is being prepared, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. If you wish to cancel an order, contact us immediately after placing it.
